Job summary

F5 is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Manager – AI Security (US) to lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives and AI Product Specialists across the United States. You will drive go-to-market execution for F5’s AI Security Platform, guiding a rapid adoption in enterprise environments.

You will coach through complex, consultative cycles, partner with enterprise field and channel teams, and position the team at the intersection of emerging AI threats and enterprise security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales leadership for enterprise software.
• 7+ years in enterprise cybersecurity software sales.
• Experience implementing rigorous sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Command of the Message, or Challenger) and forecasting cadence via Salesforce and Clari.
• Proven track record running an overlay or product specialist sales motion in collaboration with broad enterprise account teams and two-tier channel ecosystems.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills with C-level relationship experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor enterprise Account Executives and AI Product Specialists across the US.
• Provide deal coaching and account strategy guidance through complex enterprise cycles.
• Lead annual US revenue and quota targets for CalypsoAI product portfolio.
• Drive cadence: pipeline generation, qualification, closing strategies, and forecasting.
• Align with core sales leadership and overlay functions to accelerate high-value pipeline.
• Support executive engagements and communications with customers and partners.
