Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency serving veterinary groups, seeks Head of Business Development for Veterinary. You own large multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract, with a $2M annual quota.

You will engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders across locations; no management, focus on closing. Expect strategic expansion as groups sign and more services are added.

Competenze

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into veterinary groups or marketing/agency services to multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services once a group signs.
• Collaborate on proposals with strategists and leadership for the key deals.
