Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Herndon, VA is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to lead go-to-market for Amazon Connect and CCaaS solutions.

You will build and manage a strategic sales plan, drive revenue with enterprise customers, and partner with Solutions Architects, Partners, and senior executives to win large opportunities. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in direct software/SaaS sales to C-levels, experience selling into contact centers, and a proven ability to negotiate contracts

Formación

• 4+ years direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
• Experience selling into contact centers.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue and market share for AWS.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute against a sales plan.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Work with partners and OEMs to extend reach & drive adoption of AWS solutions.
• Manage contract negotiations along with the core sales organization.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
