• 3–7 years of sales experience in Recruiting and Staffing.
• Entrepreneurial, hunter mindset with enterprise sales track record.
• Proven ability to sell recruiting solutions to large enterprises.
• Strong relationships with influencers in recruiting industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy; proficient with Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office.
