Qualifications

• 3-7 years of sales experience within the Recruiting and Staffing industry.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter sales approach.
• Proven track record selling recruiting solutions or services to large enterprise customers.
• Strong established relationships among key influencers within the Recruiting and Staffing Industry.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Prospect large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) and mid-market clients, manage opportunities, present solutions, and close sales.
• Manage complex sales cycles and influence/persuade multiple levels of decision-makers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospects and customers.
