Planet Green Holdings seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Recruiting and Staffing technology, with remote work options. You will prospect Fortune 1000 and mid-market firms, present solutions, and close deals through a complex sales cycle in a remote-enabled role.

The ideal candidate has 3-7 years in staffing sales, a hunter mindset, and strong relationships with industry influencers. Proficiency in Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of sales experience within Recruiting and Staffing
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a true sales hunter approach
• Proven track record in selling recruiting solutions or services to large enterprise customers
• Strong established relationships among key influencers within Recruiting and Staffing Industry
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and handle shifting priorities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy, proficiency using tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Prospect large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) as well as mid-market companies, manage sales opportunities, present solutions, provide product demonstration and close sales.
• Manage complex sales cycle and influence/persuade various levels of decision-making.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with prospects and customers.
