Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Enterprise Sales Engineer in the United States to support senior sellers, grow existing customers, and lead technical deals. You will demonstrate the Samsara platform, run live proofs of concept, and partner with Product teams to drive adoption in a fast-growing market.

Remote from the Southeast region with up to 50% travel, you7ll influence customers, craft solutions, and help ensure long-term value across industries powering global operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales technical role or Sales Engineer
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with hardware and/or software product evaluations
• Knowledge of cloud software and SaaS integrations
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, XML, SOAP data exchange
• Must be located in the United States and authorized to work

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and live POC trials for prospective customers.
• Collaborate with Product Management and teams to develop the Samsara platform.
• Demonstrate value of Samsara products in on-site, webinar, or event settings.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs with functional and technical details.
• Maintain organization and analytical approach to overcome sales obstacles.
• Support SE Team enablement and cross-functional communications.
• Champion Samsara cultural principles and contribute to regional success.
