Job summary

Sierra is seeking an Enterprise Sales Engineer for Financial Services to join our Sales team. You will partner with Sales to win deals, design tailored agent solutions, and lead technical pre-sales from discovery through demonstrations across US-based opportunities, including remote options.

Ideal candidates have 3–4+ years in technical sales with enterprise deal experience and the ability to translate business problems into Sierra’s AI-driven platform value.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales.
• Experience leading the sales process with Enterprise customers with deal sizes $200-$500k.
• Demo building, presenting, and GTM collaboration with customers.
• Relationship-building with executives and technical leaders.
• Ability to connect business problems to Sierra's solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leverage AI tools in technical sales while ensuring output accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary partner to your Sales counterparts helping to win deals.
• Go from discovery to a tailored, working agent in days across prospects and existing customers.
• Own end-to-end technical pre-sales: scoping, articulating business value, designing and demoing Sierra’s platform, leading reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Agent Engineering to drive GTM and improve agents.
• Deep-dive into industry patterns to scale your work.
