Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a senior sales leader to drive new business revenue from a SaaS license model within the AMS North America and Canada region. You will build strategic account plans, navigate complex deals, and engage C-suite stakeholders to map outcomes to IT roadmaps.

You will orchestrate a broad virtual team, act as trusted advisor, and align resources across Solutions Consultants, Success resources, Partners and Marketing to win deals. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience within software, Cyber Security OR solutions sales organization.
• Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams.
• Experience producing new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships.
• Experience achieving sales targets.
• Experience in the SLED vertical.
• Experience leveraging AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas across product sales.
• Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team, orchestrating an account strategy with a broad virtual team.
• Be a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business and advising on IT roadmaps with ServiceNow.
• Identify the right specialist resources to bring into a deal at the right time.
