Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Roofing to own our largest multi-location deals, from initial meetings to signed contracts. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on strategic roofing accounts across multiple markets.

The seat includes a $2M annual quota, leads provided by the sales development team or inbound inquiries, and a path to expansion across locations as deals close. Remote work is available for USA or Canada.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to roofing groups or multi-location buyers is a plus.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle on large multi-location deals: discovery, proposals, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the negotiation table.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft proposals for top deals.
