Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Roofing to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on closing high-value accounts across multiple markets.

You will partner with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, coordinating with our inbound and SDR teams. The role is remote in the USA or Canada, with a $2M annual quota and expansive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
