Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, EPMO to join our team. This role leads multiple large, concurrent projects across IT and data domains, aligning with governance bodies like the SLT and EPMO.

You will manage scope, budget, and schedule while guiding risk, decisions, and change management. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in enterprise project management (7 years if not certified), experience with Waterfall and Agile, and strong proficiency with MS Project, ADO,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare-related experience.
• Certification in project methodology or Agile preferred (e.g. Six Sigma, PMP, PgMP, PfMP, CAPM, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP).
• 5 years’ enterprise project experience with IT and data elements; 7 years if not certified.
• Waterfall and Agile methodologies required.
• Core software applications including Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint required.
• Project tracking tools such as MS Project, ADO, PPM Pro, Smartsheets required.
• 3 years healthcare or pharmacy benefits industry practices and HIPAA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects with interdependencies; act as project owner across all phases.
• Document and manage activities, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and risk mitigation.
• Prepare project schedules with milestones for oversight and control.
• Maintain budget, forecast spend, and provide spend analysis.
• Communicate decisions and impacts across the enterprise portfolio.
