Job summary

Danaher Diagnostics is seeking an Enterprise Program Leader, Diagnostics Solutions, to guide enterprise-wide initiatives and ensure strategic customer adoption, value realization, and long-term account health. You will translate clinical, operational, and financial needs into executable plans across Danaher operating companies.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 20+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise strategy or senior commercial roles.
• Ability to translate enterprise strategy into multi-OpCo solutions delivering measurable outcomes.
• Proven credibility with C-suite and governance forums demonstrating executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Danaher One executive interface for strategic clients, coordinating multi-OpCo roadmaps.
• Own post-signature executive leadership and value realization for strategic accounts.
• Lead executive governance, bi-annual reviews, and dashboards to build trust and partnerships.
• Drive capital planning, ROI analyses, and governance to maximize customer outcomes.
• Lead transformation initiatives using DBS and Prosci frameworks to enable safe adoption of new tech.
