Job summary
Danaher Diagnostics Solutions seeks an Enterprise Program Leader to guide enterprise-wide initiatives and ensure strategic customer adoption, value realization, and account health. You’ll translate clinical and financial needs into actionable plans, coordinating DBS-based governance across multiple operating companies to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications
- BS or BA degree; MBA preferred for leadership roles.
- 20+ years in enterprise strategy or senior commercial roles.
- Translate enterprise strategy into multi-OpCo solutions.
- Proven executive advisory to C-suite leaders.
- Deep fluency with DBS and structured problem solving.
- Strong capital planning, ROI analysis and governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead executive governance and bi-annual reviews across OpCos.
- Own post-signature value realization for strategic accounts.
- Drive capital planning, asset optimization, and ROI analyses.
- Apply DBS and Prosci frameworks for change management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risk/controls.
