Danaher is seeking an Enterprise Program Leader, Diagnostics Solutions, to guide enterprise‑wide initiatives and ensure value realization for strategic accounts. You will translate clinical, operational, and financial needs into actionable plans, coordinating execution across stakeholders and executive leadership.

You will lead governance, capital planning, and adoption efforts across Danaher operating companies, driving measurable outcomes while managing risk and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree (or equivalent) required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Senior leadership experience in enterprise strategy or complex programs.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the Danaher One executive interface for strategic clients and align enterprise strategy with customer priorities.
• Own post-signature executive leadership and value realization for strategic accounts.
• Lead governance, engagement, and performance cadence with dashboards and metrics.
• Drive capital planning, ROI analyses, and asset optimization with customers.
• Lead transformation and change management initiatives using DBS and Prosci frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-OpCo execution and manage risks, contracts, and escalations.
