Job summary

Danaher is seeking an Enterprise Program Leader, Diagnostics Solutions, to guide enterprise‑wide initiatives and ensure adoption, value realization, and long‑term account health across multiple OpCos. You will translate clinical, operational, and financial needs into actionable plans, coordinating execution with executive visibility.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 20+ years in enterprise strategy or senior commercial roles in healthcare/diagnostics.
• Ability to translate enterprise strategy into integrated, multi‑OpCo solutions.
• Proven credibility with C‑suite executives and governance forums.
• Fluency in DBS and change management for complex programs.
• Strong financial acumen and capital planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Danaher One executive interface for strategic clients and align roadmaps to deliver measurable value.
• Own post‑signature executive leadership and value realization for strategic accounts.
• Lead executive governance, bi‑annual reviews, and account health monitoring with dashboards and metrics.
• Drive ROI analyses and asset optimization with Strategic Asset Management Plans.
• Lead transformation initiatives using DBS and Prosci frameworks to enable adoption of new tech and workflows.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams without direct reporting lines to ensure program success.
