Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise strategy, complex programs, or senior commercial/solutions roles.
• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or regulated environments.
• Ability to translate enterprise strategy into integrated, multi‑OpCo solutions delivering measurable outcomes.
• Executive credibility with C‑suite leaders and governance forums to drive adoption and value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Danaher One interface for strategic clients and align Danaher One roadmaps with customer priorities.
• Own post‑signature executive leadership and value realization for strategic accounts.
• Lead executive governance and performance cadence, including EBRs and strategic summits.
• Drive client‑centric capital planning, ROI analyses, and SAMPs to maximize outcomes.
• Lead transformation and adoption initiatives using DBS and Prosci frameworks for safe, compliant adoption.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across OpCos to deliver a unified client experience.
• Manage risk, contracts, and escalations in highly matrixed environments.
