Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, seeks a senior Solutions PMM to own market narratives and drive campaigns for enterprise audiences. You will shape industry messaging, build the core materials across web, demos, decks, and plays, and collaborate with sales to capture enterprise requirements for R&D.

You will partner with demand gen and campaigns to define targeting and journeys, and create frameworks that help reps close multi-stakeholder deals while maintaining the platform story.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or industry/segment marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
• Built industry or vertical messaging and the assets to support it.
• Owned Enterprise or segment marketing including trust, security, and requirements story.
• Partnered with demand gen and campaigns—owning the messaging while they own channel and execution.

Responsibilities

• Define industry messaging from audience cohorts and build core bill of materials for priority industries (web pages, demos, sales decks, plays, and campaign messaging).
• Own Enterprise segment product marketing—build segment messaging and bill of materials (sales deck, web, plays), including core trust story.
• Partner with sales to understand enterprise requirements and feed them back into R&D.
• Support campaign messaging and demand gen—define audience targeting, build campaign messaging, and co-create journey with DG and integrated marketing.
• Create frameworks giving reps a sharper way into multi-stakeholder deals across industries, segments, and personas.
• Test messaging effectiveness via field feedback, conversion signals, and rep confidence, iterating quickly.
