Qualifications

• 7+ years of product marketing or related experience in SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Experience turning market signals into positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans used by Sales.
• Content development across the funnel from thought leadership to sales playbooks.
• Ability to present on stage and coach executives through scripts and talk tracks.
• Independent work with executives and comfort navigating ambiguity.
• Strong cross-functional influence without formal authority.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in marketing context (Claude Code, Slack Skills, Gemini).
• Bias toward building AI-assisted workflows and data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: develop go-to-market plans for Financial Services that drive pipe and adoption.
• Messaging: craft a narrative for the Salesforce platform and agentic AI capabilities.
• Content: create ebooks, data sheets, thought leadership content, demos, and sales assets.
• Customer Engagement: engage executives to develop success stories and event content.
• Stakeholder Alignment: work across matrixed teams and manage multiple asks.
• Event Narrative: own session content from strategy to on-stage delivery at Salesforce events.
• Website: maintain industry pages with updated messaging and data-driven positioning.
• Webinars: produce compelling content for digital channels.
• AI: apply AI to workflows and campaigns to improve team efficiency.
