Salesforce seeks a Senior Industry Product Marketing Manager for Financial Services to lead go-to-market strategy, messaging, and content for banking, wealth and asset management, and insurance. You will partner with Sales, Industry Advisors, and Product to drive pipeline and platform adoption through AI-enabled programs.

• 7+ years of product marketing or related experience in SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Working knowledge of the Financial Services industry — banking, wealth and asset management, and insurance.
• Track record turning market signals into positioning and GTM plans used by Sales.
• Experience creating content across the funnel from leadership to sales playbooks.
• Comfort presenting on stage and coaching executives through scripts.
• Independent with executives and able to navigate ambiguity.
• Hands-on AI tools experience in marketing context: Claude Code, Slack Skills, Gemini.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy: develop GTM plans for Financial Services to drive pipe and ACV.
• Messaging: craft narrative including agentic AI capabilities for the industry.
• Content: create assets like e-books, data sheets, thought leadership content, demos, and sales assets.
• Customer Engagement: develop success stories and event content with executives.
• Stakeholder Alignment: operate across a matrixed organization with executives.
• Event Narrative & Storytelling: own session content and stages for Salesforce events.
• Website: manage industry pages with up-to-date messaging.
• Webinars: produce engaging content for digital channels.
• AI: lead AI projects to improve team efficiency; experience with Claude Code, Slack Skills, Gemini.
