Job summary

Salesforce seeks an experienced Senior Industry Product Marketing Manager to join our Financial Services team. You will drive go-to-market plans across banking, wealth and asset management, and insurance, partnering with Sales, Industry Advisors, and Product to shape strategy and messaging.

You will own event narratives, content across the funnel, and AI-enabled workflows, with hands-on experience in Claude Code, Slack Skills, and Gemini.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product marketing or related experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Working knowledge of Financial Services industry—banking, wealth, and insurance.
• Track record turning market signals into usable positioning and GTM plans.
• Experience creating content across the funnel from thought leadership to playbooks.
• Comfort presenting on stage and coaching speakers including executives.
• Proven ability to influence across Sales, Product, and marketing without formal authority.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in marketing contexts.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: develop go-to-market plans for Financial Services that drive pipe and adoption.
• Messaging: craft a narrative that highlights value of the Salesforce platform and AI capabilities.
• Content: create compelling assets for the funnel including e-books, data sheets, videos, and playbooks.
• Customer Engagement: develop stories and event content from executive speakers.
• Stakeholder Alignment: coordinate across matrixed teams to manage multiple asks.
• Event Narrative & Storytelling: own session content and scripts for Salesforce and external events.
• Website: own industry pages and keep messaging up to date with data-driven optimization.
• Webinars: produce engaging content for digital channels.
• AI: drive AI-enabled workflows and projects using Claude Code, Slack Skills, and Gemini.
