Job summary

Accenture PLC in the United States is seeking a Sales Origination Senior Manager to lead end-to-end hunting for the emerging large-enterprise segment. You will build executive-level relationships, originate deals, and drive ecosystem co-sell with SAP and hyperscalers to close high-probability opportunities.

You will move quickly, shape deals, and maintain healthy margins while contributing to a new practice within Accenture. Travel requirements range from 25% to 75% based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in solution, technology, or services sales.
• Minimum of 8 years of sales-pursuit management experience across origination, shaping, and close.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct quota-carrying experience with a demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding target.

Responsibilities

• Originate and win new logos across the emerging large-enterprise segment — owning the full cycle from first conversation through signed contract.
• Build and leverage relationships at the C-suite and senior-buyer level to convert connections into opportunities.
• Sell from a productized catalog, diagnosing client needs and bridging to packaged offers.
