ZoomInfo Technologies LLC is seeking a Principal Customer Onboarding Manager to lead the most strategic enterprise onboarding engagements, acting as the overall implementation lead and driving cross-functional execution, risk management, and executive communication.

You will mentor onboarding teams, establish delivery standards, and partner with product to influence roadmaps, while delivering rapid time-to-value and long-term adoption for high-impact customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex customer onboarding or enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic customer onboarding programs as the overall implementation lead.
• Develop comprehensive implementation plans with milestones, scope, and risks.
• Coordinate across Success, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Product, Sales, and L&D.
• Establish governance, reporting, and executive communications.
• Drive continuous improvement of onboarding methodologies.
