Qualifications

7+ years of experience leading complex customer implementations, enterprise onboarding, or related SaaS programs.
Strong collaboration and delivery across multiple teams with executive stakeholders.
Experience with enterprise onboarding methodologies and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead as overall project executive for strategic customer onboarding engagements.
Develop and manage comprehensive implementation plans with milestones and risks.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery across CS, Solutions Eng., Professional Services, Product, and Sales.
Standardize playbooks, artifacts and delivery frameworks for enterprise onboarding.
Mentor onboarding managers and drive continuous improvement in onboarding methodologies.
