ZoomInfo is seeking a Principal Customer Onboarding Manager to lead complex, strategic customer onboarding programs. You will serve as the overall implementation lead, driving governance, cross-functional execution, risk management, and executive communication to deliver rapid value and long-term adoption.

You will mentor onboarding teams, standardize delivery artifacts, and partner with Product to influence roadmap priorities based on customer feedback.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex customer implementations and onboarding programs.
• Experience in SaaS onboarding and enterprise deployments.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the overall project lead for flagship onboarding engagements.
• Develop comprehensive implementation plans with milestones, risks, and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across CS, Solutions Engineering, PS, Product, and Sales.
• Establish governance, escalation paths, and decision points for complex deployments.
• Lead continuous improvement of onboarding methodologies and playbooks.
