Job summary

• 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industries.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a full cycle sales role from prospecting to closing.
• Desire to grow into a top sales performer and maintain client happiness.

Responsibilities

• Build book of business by closing new customers and cross-selling existing ones.
• Prospect ideal clients and collaborate with SDRs to accelerate pipeline.
• Consult with clients to understand supply chain needs.
• Create value-added solutions demonstrating Flexport capabilities.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with clients.
• Sell Flexport products across the supply chain lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a best-in-class experience.
• Oversee customer onboarding leveraging internal resources.
