Job summary

Flexport in Los Angeles is seeking an Account Executive to build and manage a healthy book of business, focusing on end-to-end supply chain solutions and fulfillment. You will lead discovery calls, coordinate with internal teams, and actively drive revenue while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will collaborate with Operations, Ocean, Air, Trucking, and Customs teams to tailor Flexport’s offerings to client needs, travel as needed, and help clients grow their use of Flexport’s

Qualifications

• 5+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industries.
• At least 2 years in a full-cycle quota-bearing sales role.
• Proven ability to manage long-term commercial relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build your book of business by closing net-new customers and cross-sell/upsell.
• Uncover and connect with ideal clients via self-prospecting and collaboration with SDR team.
• Consult with new clients to understand their supply chain needs.
• Create value-added solutions demonstrating Flexport capabilities remotely or in-person.
• Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Meetings with existing clients.
