Anchored by DBS, you translate clinical, operational, and financial needs into actionable plans, coordinating across stakeholders with executive presence and rigorous governance.

Qualifications

BS or BA degree; MBA preferred.
20+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise strategy or complex programs.
Ability to translate enterprise strategy into integrated multi‑OpCo solutions.
Proven credibility as a trusted advisor to C‑suite leaders.
Fluency with DBS and leading in highly matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Danaher One executive interface for strategic clients and align roadmaps with customer priorities.
Own post‑signature executive leadership and value realization for strategic accounts.
Lead executive governance, engagement, and performance cadence with dashboards and metrics.
Drive capital planning and asset optimization with rigorous ROI analyses.
Lead transformation initiatives using DBS and Prosci frameworks to enable safe adoption of new technologies.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver a unified Danaher client experience across OpCos.
