Qualifications

BS or BA degree; MBA preferred
20+ years in enterprise strategy or senior leadership roles
Ability to translate enterprise strategy into integrated multi‑OpCo solutions
Credibility with C-suite and experience leading executive reviews
Strong DBS knowledge and governance across matrixed organizations
Financial analysis, ROI, and capital planning proficiency

Responsibilities

Serve as the Danaher One executive interface for strategic clients and align roadmaps.
Own post‑signature executive leadership and value realization for strategic accounts.
Lead governance, engagement, and performance cadence with dashboards and metrics.
Drive capital planning and asset optimization with ROI analyses.
Lead transformation initiatives using DBS and Prosci frameworks.
Coordinate cross‑OpCo teams and manage risks, contracts, and escalations.
