Job summary

Danaher Diagnostics is seeking an Enterprise Program Leader to guide enterprise-wide Danaher One initiatives for Diagnostics Solutions. You will translate clinical, operational, and financial needs into actionable plans and influence key decision-makers.

You will own executive value realization for strategic accounts, manage governance with DBS and Prosci, and drive adoption across OpCos while ensuring risk controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required with MBA preferred for leadership roles.
• Extensive leadership experience in enterprise strategy and programs.
• Experience with DBS or similar continuous improvement systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Danaher One executive interface for strategic clients to align enterprise strategy with customer priorities.
• Own executive leadership and value realization for strategic accounts and long-term partnership health.
• Lead governance, bi-annual reviews, and KPI dashboards to manage risks and drive measurable outcomes.
