Job summary

Danaher seeks an Enterprise Program Leader, Diagnostics Solutions, to guide enterprise-wide One initiatives and ensure adoption, value realization, and long-term account health across complex programs. Anchored by DBS, you will translate clinical, operational, and financial needs into actionable plans and coordinate execution across stakeholders with executive presence.

Qualifications

BS or BA Degree. MBA strongly preferred.
20+ years in enterprise strategy or senior commercial/solutions roles.
Ability to translate enterprise strategy into integrated multi-OpCo solutions.
Proven credibility with C-level executives and governance forums.
Fluency in DBS, problem-solving, and cross-functional influence.
Strong capital planning, ROI analysis, and governance skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as Danaher One executive interface for strategic clients.
Own post-signature leadership and value realization for strategic accounts.
Lead executive governance, bi-annual reviews, and strategic summits.
Drive client-centric capital planning and asset optimization.
Lead transformation initiatives using DBS and Prosci frameworks.
Coordinate cross-OpCo teams and manage risks and contracts.
Act as escalation point for complex operational, technical, or commercial issues.
