Arrow Electronics is seeking a Key Account Executive to serve as the single point of contact for large, complex customers, developing strategic plans and driving long-term supply chain solutions. You will coordinate resources across Arrow and manage multi-location accounts to meet objectives.

The role requires strong relationships with senior stakeholders up to the C-suite and success in a highly matrixed organization. Remote-friendly with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of related sales experience with a 4 year degree.
• Strong understanding of the IT channel ecosystem and value in solutions selling.
• Proven success building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders up to the C-suite.
• Consistent record of high performance in senior/strategic sales.
• Ability to navigate a highly matrixed environment and drive cross-functional teams.
• Experience selling IT services and translating capabilities into customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SPOC for large, multi-location Arrow customers and manage strategic accounts.
• Develop strategic account plans, identify opportunities, and negotiate RFQs and contracts.
• Coordinate Arrow resources to meet account objectives and expectations.
• Grow profits by selling long-term, value-added supply chain solutions.
• Build relationships with senior management and C-suite levels.
