Arrow Electronics is seeking a Key Account Executive to serve as the single point of contact for large, multi-location customers, managing strategic relationships and driving initiatives that align with customer and Arrow goals.

You will lead account planning, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with sales support and management to maximize margins. This role involves complex, high-visibility accounts and requires strong relationship-building with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of related sales experience with a 4 year degree or 8 years with an advanced degree.
• Strong understanding of IT channel ecosystem and value of solution selling.
• Proven track record with senior stakeholders up to C-suite and driving business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own as SPOC for large, multi-location Arrow customers with strategic account plans.
• Lead negotiations, manage RFQs, and terms/conditions to secure renewals.
• Develop senior-level relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Drive opportunity qualification and pipeline growth within assigned accounts.
