Motion Recruitment is seeking a Client Support Associate in Greensburg, PA for an onsite role. You will provide frontline IT support in an enterprise environment, handling Windows desktops, peripherals, and device support.

Responsibilities include onboarding, equipment deployment, asset management, and AV setup. Strong customer service, communication, and 5+ years of hands-on enterprise IT experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in enterprise IT support.
• Strong Windows desktop administration and hardware troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Greensburg, PA and travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support and resolve incidents using ITSM tools.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Support iOS/Android devices and Microsoft Office applications.
• Assist with employee onboarding, equipment deployment, and asset management.
• Set up and troubleshoot audio/video conferencing equipment and rooms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records and follow change/security procedures.
