Job summary

Techmate in Washington, DC seeks an experienced IT support specialist for a 60–90 day on-site engagement. You will provide end-user support, handle laptop imaging, and assist executives and staff with hardware/software setup and security tasks.

Responsibilities include imaging with AutoPilot and SCCM, AD/user management, Office 365/Exchange support, AV conference setups, and basic networking. Strong communication and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years support experience in an enterprise environment.
Application support for Microsoft Office365, SharePoint Online and Exchange Online.
Working knowledge of Azure, Intune, and other cloud based services.
Operating Systems: Windows Server, Mac OS X, iOS and Windows 7 through 10.
Printer installation, local/network configuration and print management.
Experience supporting AV environments (Zoom / Teams rooms).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to operate independently as well as in a team.
Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Laptop imaging (AutoPilot, SCCM).
End-user support for executives, office personnel, and other stakeholders; hardware/software setup and security tasks.
Migrate Windows 7 to Windows 10 using Azure, SCCM, PXE boot, etc.
Basic networking, rack/stack/patch, remote hands support.
Experience with Active Directory, domains, and Group Policy.
Email, AV conferencing, VoIP device replace and configuration.
Support of Office365, Exchange email, Antivirus software, etc.
Provide timely and efficient executive-level support.
Support commonly used applications and devices (printers, MFDs, etc.).
