Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a skilled Client Support Associate to provide hands-on IT support in an enterprise environment in Greensburg, PA. The role is onsite with local travel and a 3-month duration, offering a strong potential for extension and continued collaboration with internal teams and vendors.

You will resolve incidents using ITSM tools, configure Windows desktops, support iOS/Android devices, and help with onboarding, equipment deployment, and AV setup.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
• Strong Windows desktop administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience installing, configuring, and repairing PC hardware.
• Background supporting desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Experience supporting iOS and Android mobile devices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Greensburg and travel locally when needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide frontline technical support, resolving incidents and service requests through approved ITSM tools.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
• Support iOS and Android devices, Microsoft Office applications, and remote users.
• Assist with employee onboarding, equipment deployment, technology refreshes, and IT asset management.
• Help set up and troubleshoot audio/video conferencing technology and meeting rooms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to drive timely issue resolution.
• Maintain clear documentation and accurate inventory records.
• Follow established change management, security, and service procedures.
