Motion Recruitment is seeking a Client Support Associate in Greensburg, PA for an onsite role. You will provide frontline IT support in an enterprise environment, handling Windows desktops, peripherals, and device support.

Responsibilities include onboarding, equipment deployment, asset management, and AV setup. Strong customer service, communication, and 5+ years of hands-on enterprise IT experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in enterprise IT support.
• Strong Windows desktop administration and hardware troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Greensburg, PA and travel locally as needed.

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records and follow change/security procedures.

Client Support Associate

Duration: 3 months, with strong potential to extend

Are you a customer-focused IT support professional who enjoys solving technical problems and helping people stay productive? We’re seeking a Client Support Associate to provide hands-on support in an enterprise environment.

What you’ll do

• Provide frontline technical support, resolving incidents and service requests through approved ITSM tools.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
• Support iOS and Android devices, Microsoft Office applications, and remote users.
• Assist with employee onboarding, equipment deployment, technology refreshes, and IT asset management.
• Help set up and troubleshoot audio/video conferencing technology and meeting rooms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to drive timely issue resolution.
• Maintain clear documentation and accurate inventory records.
• Follow established change management, security, and service procedures.

What you’ll bring

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
• Strong Windows desktop administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience installing, configuring, and repairing PC hardware.
• Background supporting desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Experience supporting iOS and Android mobile devices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Greensburg and travel locally when needed.
