Scott Electric Company is seeking a Senior Information Technology Support Specialist in Greensburg, PA. The role provides hands-on technical support across the organization, including server, network, and endpoint services.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork are essential for success. You will administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365, while implementing security controls and supporting enterprise software rollouts.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in computer-related field required.
• Minimum four years of IT support/technical support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, AD, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.
• Solid networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 onsite and remote support for workstations, apps, network services, printers, and Wi-Fi.
• Administer Windows Server, AD, Azure AD, DNS/DHCP, and Microsoft 365.
• Implement security controls like MFA, patching, and firewall configurations.
• Troubleshoot APIs and web services for performance.
• Document work and maintain ITSM/RMM records.
• Mentor junior IT staff and collaborate on enterprise-wide deployments.
• Interact with vendors and participate in IT projects.
