Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Bensalem, PA to provide frontline technical support to a decentralized workforce. The role requires handling hardware, software, and mobile devices, with emphasis on excellent customer service and problem resolution.

You will work onsite in the IT Department, reporting to the Help Desk Supervisor, and contribute to smooth IT operations across locations. This position emphasizes hands-on support and professional communication.

Qualifications

Proven working experience in providing Help Desk support.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Experience in desktop imaging technologies.
Experience with Windows Operating Systems and troubleshooting software.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and data management.

Responsibilities

Providing first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
Evaluate and prioritize issues from voicemail, email, and web requests from end-users.
Manage support requests via Helpdesk software.
Document all pertinent end user information and nature of problem.
Walk customers through problem solving process.
Tracking progress and escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support.
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution.
