Job summary

Samsara seeks an experienced Enterprise Customer Success professional to lead implementations for our largest customers. You will own the deployment, drive adoption, and ensure ongoing value across transportation, utilities, and other industries.

As part of the Implementation team, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product to scale our IoT solutions while building strong, long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a technology consulting and/or customer-facing technology implementation role.
• Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
• Exceptional executive stakeholder management and communications.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines and ensure our customers increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations with our IoT platform.
• Manage the deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers, enabling customers to achieve quick time to value in their investment.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions, demonstrate Samsara’s technology, and work with executives and day-to-day users.
