Job summary

Samsara is hiring for an Enterprise Customer Success role on our Implementation team. You will own deployment and adoption for large customers, coordinating with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product to ensure a successful rollout of our IoT platform.

You’ll guide executives and end users, run trainings, track adoption, and help customers realize value. This remote role requires 25% travel across the US and a Bachelor's degree, with 4+ years in a senior CS or account management role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Enterprise SaaS experience is preferred.
• Excellent consultative skills with ability to work with executives and day-to-day users.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front lines and ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability using our IoT platform.
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers and accelerate time to value.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage and adoption.
• Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health.
• Lead training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and day-to-day users.
• Embed Samsara’s cultural values as we scale globally and across offices.
