Job summary

Samsara is hiring for a Senior Customer Success role focusing on implementing and expanding IoT solutions for large customers across various industries. You will own deployments, drive adoption, and partner with Sales, Support, and Product to deliver measurable business value and a seamless customer experience.

You will operate in a customer‑facing, strategic capacity with opportunities to mentor teams and shape how Samsara scales its Customer Success practice globally from a remote U.S.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Proven track record of building trust with executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front‑lines and ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations with Samsara’s IoT platform.
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large‑scale customers, enabling quick time to value.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and day‑to‑day users.
