Job summary

Greenhouse Software is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to drive successful deployments for mid-market and enterprise customers. You will partner with customers to design implementations, train users, configure setups, and rollout organizational changes.

You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to remove roadblocks, ensure data integrity, and deliver time-to-value. A customer-centric mindset and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Enterprise customers (1,000+ employees).
• Ability to translate complex software concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong communication with leadership across multiple stakeholders.
