Job summary

PerfectServe seeks an experienced Enterprise Implementation Consultant to lead large-scale deployments across health systems. You will guide cross-functional teams, design workflows, and support go-live events in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or IT-related discipline.
• Experience in a customer-facing or service role is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong computer skills with MS Visio/Lucidchart and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 30–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned workstreams within large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Plan and support go-live events; be main contact for functional areas.
• Provide workflow consulting for physicians, clinical and operational teams.
• Develop training programs for large health system audiences.
• Configure advanced workflows and integrate third-party systems.
