Job summary

Samsara is seeking a highly experienced Strategic Customer Success Implementation lead to deploy and adopt IoT solutions for large enterprise customers. You will own customer relationships from onboarding to renewal, coordinating with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product to ensure a successful deployment across industries including transportation, utilities and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting or customer-facing technology implementation.
• Exceptional executive stakeholder management and communications.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines and ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations with the IoT platform.
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers for quick time to value.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track implementation progress, adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and day-to-day users.
