Job summary

Paylocity, a leading provider of cloud-based HR and payroll software, is seeking an Enterprise HCM Account Executive. You will engage executive-level stakeholders to align Paylocity solutions with client goals and close new and expanded sales with organizations of 500+ employees.

The role is fully remote within the U.S., requires five days per week during designated hours, and offers a fast-paced, quota-driven environment with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for commissions

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years’ experience in a sales position.
• Ability to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Ability to maintain high activity standards.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new client opportunities leveraging company expertise and industry profile.
• Schedule and present Paylocity solutions to clients with 500+ employees.
• Prepare and present proposals with follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Organize and obtain documentation for adding functionality.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth transitions on add-ons.
• Build executive-level relationships to drive feature adoption.
• Maintain quarterly touchpoints to determine client needs for additional services.
• Collaborate with service partners to optimize client experience.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to promote Paylocity services.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for your territory.
• Other duties as assigned.
