Paylocity, a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, is seeking an Enterprise HCM Account Executive to engage current clients at the executive level and align Paylocity’s solutions with their objectives to close new and expanded sales.

This fully remote role in the United States requires strong prospecting, research, and relationship-building skills to drive revenue with a 500+ employee client base. A competitive, consultative approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
• Ability to succeed in a competitive environment and maintain high activity standards.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• College degree strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new current client opportunities leveraging the company’s expertise and industry profile.
• Schedule and present Paylocity products with current clients 500+ employees.
• Prepare and present proposals and provide follow‑up throughout the sales process.
