Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Sales Executive to drive new business and expand existing customers within the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) portfolio.

You will target executive-level buyers, collaborate with peer sales teams, and showcase Workiva’s platform to deliver multi-solution outcomes for large enterprises across the United States. This role requires a strategic, consultative selling approach and strong relationship building, with up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience selling to or consulting with Executive-level buyers in governance, risk, and compliance
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales pipeline with peer Sales teams, Inside Sales, and Partnerships
• Demonstrate Workiva platform to address customer needs and close opportunities
• Navigate objections and articulate Workiva's value to executives
• Forecast sales and provide accurate pipeline updates in CRM
• Collaborate across teams to pursue and win large enterprise accounts
