Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Sales Executive for Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) to drive new business and expansion with executive buyers in large enterprises in the U.S.

You will partner with peer sales teams to deliver multi-solution capabilities, focusing on the GRC portfolio and leading deals to closure. You’ll work with inside sales, partnerships, and solution consulting to tailor demonstrations, overcome objections, and forecast through CRM.

Qualifications

• 6+ years selling to executive-level buyers in governance, risk and compliance.
• Understanding of the SaaS business model and complex software applications.
• Ability to communicate with senior leadership and negotiate pricing.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek sales opportunities and build qualified pipeline.
• Demonstrate Workiva platform to executives and influencers.
• Navigate sales cycles and address client objections to close deals.
• Develop sales strategy and forecast with the team.
