Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Head of Enterprise FP&A in the United States. This hands-on, strategic finance leader will own planning, forecasting, consolidation, and financial modeling across the organization, partnering with executives to improve accuracy and decision speed.

The role emphasizes scalable frameworks, active mentorship, and direct ownership of processes and systems, with remote flexibility for eligible U.S. residents. A high-growth environment offers meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning experience in a high-growth or complex organization.
• End-to-End planning experience, incl. annual operating plans and multiyear cycles.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills to evaluate assumptions and generate insights.
• Hands-on consolidation, reporting systems, and planning processes improvement.
• Ability to design scalable frameworks and document processes for reliability.
• Cross-functional leadership to align departments and drive momentum.
• Strong executive communication to present complex financial information.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete financial planning cycle from AOP to long-range planning and executive-ready deliverables.
• Design and manage the planning calendar, milestones, and cross-department inputs.
• Build and maintain an enterprise-wide consolidation framework and standardized KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Replace manual workflows with scalable, repeatable planning and reporting processes.
• Partner with executive leadership to communicate performance, risks, and priorities.
• Align finance and operations around shared objectives and commitments.
• Mentor one direct report while hands-on in FP&A activities.
